The Story I Witnessed...
My journey, which started in a crowded family in Van in eastern Turkey, is also the place where the foundations of my search for expression of my existence were laid. Growing up in this wonderful city that sees the sun almost all days of the year, in a oppressive environment where women who have never seen the sun are held in high esteem, where it is shameful to laugh out loud, where crying and raising your voice are forbidden, in short, where emotions and being cannot find expression, and knowing that this is the only reality, made me first the person I am and the person I am. It led him to reject the story, then to loneliness and dreaming.
The traces, journeys and confrontations I made from the stories and experiences in my journey of self-discovery reminded me years later that I was lovable and sufficient, which I had forgotten in my struggle for self. So, in summary, the bond I have established with myself, others and nature was established from where it hurts me the most, by accepting and expressing myself bravely and as I am.
Life is a school of experience and I continue to learn in this school. Inspired by the saying "It is never too late to become the person you came to be", I am taking bold steps to turn my potential into capacity and to do justice to this story in which I am embodied. Being aware and accepting that I create the emotions I experience, I recently had the opportunity to chart my path in a way that could serve the whole, in the hope of contributing to the human experience, and I wrote a new story that will serve as a reminder of this.
My intention is to be a reminder and inspiration to those souls who have received the call and set out with the intention of strengthening their existence by expressing their truth bravely and becoming the hero of their own life....
With Nonviolent Communication and Gestalt Coaching illuminating my path; I provide consultancy, coaching and training to leaders, entrepreneurs, coaches and trainers who focus on creating benefits for the whole, to discover their authentic existence, to share their gifts with larger audiences in authentic and creative ways and to be inspired.
Pathway Milestones...
My dream introduced me to Boğaziçi University's Tourism Management Department in 2006, and my deep curiosity in human behavior and psychology introduced me to the Organizational Behavior Science master's program at Marmara University.
I stepped into the business world by doing an internship at Walt Disney World Orlando, which also allowed me to have my first overseas experience. Later, I worked in the human resources and internal communications departments of Conrad Istanbul, Pera Palace Hotel Jumeirah and Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul.
With the mentorship I received from KAGIDER's Women Leaders of the Future project, I had the opportunity to reshape my career with a guide and started to design the development journeys of individuals and teams at Deniz Academy and Borusan Academy by changing the sector. During this process, my curiosity and strong questions were noticed by a coach, and with the Leader Coaching Training I received in 2017, I became an ICF-approved coach with the ACC title. As I deepened in my own personal development journey, my paths crossed with Gestalt Coaching in 2024.
In 2014, I had the chance to meet a wonderful community, the TEDXReset Think tank, and had my first professional story-witnessing and hunting experience there. The people I met here helped me direct my flow towards communities, organizations and people that create social benefit. Being a part of Borusan Holding's corporate communications team, which carries out projects that empower women, was another dream that came true in this flow. I was given the opportunity to experience many areas of the brand regarding social benefit project design, volunteer platform management and leader communication.
I received "Creative Facilitator Certification" training in order to bring together communities and groups, which is one of my passions, and to hold space for them to become stronger. In 2017, I contributed to the establishment and growth processes of many social enterprises such as Bilim Virusü, Yuvam Dünya, Hayal Gücü Merkezi , SistersLab and B4AFC by providing mentoring and consultancy.
With the digitalization of communication, my endless curiosity and my agility to learn, I completed the Digital Marketing Management Specialization Program at ITU and the Social Media Management Specialization Program at Boğaziçi University, which allowed me to increase the impact of my work.
I founded the dream of Shiny Minds by saying; "O N T H E W A Y, O N T H E W A Y" with the intention of completing my adventure in corporate life in 2022 and following my inner enthusiasm and presenting my gift and experiences to impact-oriented leaders, coaches, trainers, artists and consultants who serve the whole.
In addition to the coaching and consultancy services I provide on the discovery of authentic self and creative expression, I also design and provide training for corporate companies at Nar Education Consultancy, with my instructor friends who align with my personal values and with whom I travel safely.

Even though the beginning and end of our lives seem similar, we all have a different and unique story. Each of us starts life with different possibilities and impossibilities, and this was exactly my biggest curiosity as a child.
The yeast of our personalities is kneaded by the effects of different conditions, people and situations. We go through different paths and are tested with different difficulties, and this creates our story. Each of our life stories is perfect, and so is my unique one.
Sometimes we think that we are wasting time, lingering somewhere longer than necessary, or losing our way. Our path is sometimes linear, often complex, sometimes forward and sometimes backward. All of this is only meaningful to us. Of course, there are situations during the journey where we touch and make an impact, but ultimately, everyone is the author and reader of their own story, just like me.
Sometimes consciously, sometimes unconsciously, sometimes planned, and sometimes by chance, we collect and combine our life experiences as if gathering stars in the dark, and suddenly we see a unique picture of life emerge. In other words, the dots connect at some point; life is lived looking forward, and it makes sense when looking back.
When MEANING is at the center and you are aware of this story, the story can carry you forward.
This dream was the dream of little Sara. The dreams she dreamt while going to bed early in the evening are the star grains that lead me to my essence...
